I have osteoarthritis with no cartilage left in my knee and a severe meniscus tear.I am waiting on a knee replacement pending weight loss.I am also a nurse and light duty is not an option in my profession. The heat is soothing and helps with pain relief.I had concerns about the vibration and massage creating more pain but it helps tremendously with relaxing the muscles above and below the knee which also helps with pain.It is rechargeable,fits comfortably and is adjustable as far as amount of heat and vibration you want.There are straps that secure it to leg to keep it in place.I am plus size and it fits well.My size small daughter has also used it and it fit her equally as well since straps are velcro and adjust to fit.It runs for 10 minutes at a time but you just start it again for longer treatment.It comes well boxed with clear instructions.

I bought my first KneeRx Pro in June, 2025 after being diagnosed with Arthritis in my knees. I found it very helpful when my knees started aching to put the massager on the knee. The vibration settings fell good at the Auto setting and Heat setting at medium. After doing this one knee at a time, I decided to purchase a second unit in September, 2025. I have had the two for a few days and my knees feel so much better after doing both knees at once. I feel recharged after one few minute’s session. They have 3 heat settings and 3 vibration intensity settings. They automatically shut off precisely at the end of each session. These are from Romena, there may be other cheaper knock offs to be aware of! I am really pleased with the quality of these Knee Massagers.

I've tried many massage devices and generally, I don't find great relief from the massage but this has a lot more to it. The thing I like most about this KneeRx Pro is the heat function which encapsulates the knee with warmth. It feels incredibly healing. It would be great for a knee injury, arthritis , sore knees or just to relax. Yes, you can use a heating pad, but it doesn't easily stay wrapped around the knee and most are not cordless. This also has the vibration and infrared and laser light. All the functions can be used with or without the other functions and there are three levels of heat and vibration. The device feels solid and still light enough to wear comfortably around and can be worn under or over clothing though you will need loose pants if you intend to put this on against the skin. The inside is padded and soft with fully adjustable Velcro straps to keep it on. It probably would be too large for a kid, but I imagine it would fit most adults. The LED controls are facing you so they are easy to adjust and feel quite responsive. It shuts off automatically after some time.

If there is a new massage gadget out there, I am going to try it! I was intrigued by the look of this KneeRx Pro massager. It kind of reminds me of a Star Wars Storm Trooper helmet 😂. But hey, I will try just about anything to find relief for my “crunchy knees”. This feels particularly good after a hard workout, especially leg day at the gym. The heat and vibration combo feels amazing. The straps are adjustable so it will fit a wide range of people. There are different levels of massage and vibration patterns to choose from. Overall, it’s a great way to chill out at the end of a long day. I would even like to get another one, so I can use them on both knees simultaneously. It would be awesome if there was a package combo was offered in the future. I think people of all ages that have issues with their knees will find relief with this unique and nifty massage gadget!

What is not to like about this KneeRx Pro knee massager? It is very versatile. I will work on your knee, elbows and even shows shoulders (I have not tried that yet). My knees are not great and occasionally will swell after I abuse them. This came just in time for my knees. Right after I got this my knees were really sore and swollen. I gave this a try right out of the box. You can adjust the amount of heat and intensity of the massage. It has a timer built in but you can't adjust that. Nor have I seen a way to tell how much battery is left. But battery will last a good amount of time. I think I used it 6 or 8 times on my knees (total not each knee) and my elbows a couple of times before I had to recharge the batteries. My knees did feel better after I used it one time and even better the next day after using it again. I highly recommend this!

KneeRx Pro is a quality device for sure. I was so impressed with it the minute I opened up the package. This knee massage does everything except clean my house. Lol. I had an accident years ago and now, thanks to the aging process, my knee pain seems to have increased. It will randomly cause me pain/issues, making it nearly impossible to walk or climb the many stairs I have at home & work, so when I came across this device I knew I had to try it. The combination of heat and massage were just what I needed and I love that the device is built around shaping and conforming to knees. It is light weight enough to be easily portable, it charges fast, the battery remains charged for an impressive amount of time and I find myself using it at home, at work, and even while driving. I love this knee massager. It is definitely giftable and one that I would have loved to receive!
